Is meditations worth reading Reddit?

I read it around the start of the year and it’s interesting because a lot of the advice given in the book I’ll find in other modern self-help books. Marcus’ meditations are timeless. I’d recommend watching this lecture on stoicism for good background information. Came here to recommend this lecture it is great.
